My fitness journey started from a place of anxiety. I was constantly worried about my health, feeling stuck and unsure of how to take control of my body and mind. Over time, I discovered that movement could be empowering, not something to fear. What started as a way to ease my anxiety became a passion for fitness, strength, and self-care.

Now, I’m a certified personal trainer with a mission: to help others feel confident, capable, and at home in their own bodies. I know how intimidating the world of fitness can feel, so I focus on creating a supportive, judgment-free space where every client feels empowered to take that next step - whether it’s lifting your first weight, running your first mile, or simply building a healthier lifestyle.
